Our model houses are usually commissioned by residential property developers for planning applications or for sales and marketing purposes. We also produce house models for individual home owners. Our scale model homes are available as both interior and exterior model types.

The Model Building Process
Scale model houses can be produced in 2 to 3 weeks from date of receipt of all plans and elevations in digital format. This lead time includes a house model that can be pulled apart to show the interior.
The scales of the large bespoke houses we model vary from 1:25 to 1:100. Once we have your drawings and know the size of the model you need we can advise on scale.
We need some basic information before we can give you a price to produce a scale model of your house.
First we need to determine the scale of the model and the base plate size of the model. For this we need a foot-print of the house or building to be modeled sent to us by e-mail to
We need your plans and elevations sent to us as digital AutoCAD flies (dwg file format).
If you only have paper copies of the plans and elevations make sure the dimensions are on the paper drawings and then scan them and send to us by e-mail. We will redraw.
